Little Valley was sent out by the property management company for my building after another company came out and “fixed” the leak under my sink. It leaked the next day. Darien came out - on time! He was professional, courteous and actually fixed my leak. He also measured the screen in my bathroom that needed to be replaced. He left the cabinet floor and area clean and dry - unlike the previous plumber. If I have any plumbing issues in the future- I will request Little Valley and Darien to be sent out. Thank you Diane - you were a joy to speak with.
I switched to Little Valley after continually being “up sold” by my previous provider. Little Valley was courteous, knowledgeable and most of all honest and straightforward. I’m very satisfied and happy I switched to their maintenance plan. Highly recommend!
